Laura Meijere, holistic therapist in Geneva and Zurich

My support draws on dedicated training for each of the disciplines I offer:

  • Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Therapy, at Swiss Pilates and Yoga (Geneva)

  • Reflexology, at Nuageghana

  • Reiki, at Harmoniances (Genolier)

  • Nutrition, at the TCMA (Geneva)

I am a therapist accredited by the ASCA Foundation, the Swiss foundation for complementary medicine. This accreditation commits the holder to recognised training, to compliance with professional rules and to annual continuing education.

Since childhood, I have always been driven by a deep passion for movement and wellbeing. My path began with dance, a discipline I practised for years and which allowed me to understand the power of the connection between body and mind. This journey led me naturally to yoga, an art I have had the privilege of practising since the age of 12, at the Shiva Center in Latvia. These years were enriched by yoga retreats in Latvia, Spain and India, where I was able to deepen my knowledge and my practice in inspiring settings.

On the academic side, I have always sought to broaden my expertise. After earning a Bachelor's degree in law at the University of Latvia, I went on to a Master's in creative business management at the Banku Augstskola in Latvia. My wish to combine rigour and innovation also led me to obtain a CAS in financing and investment solutions at the ISFB in Geneva.

Alongside my academic path, I have completed several holistic training programmes to deepen my practice and offer my clients complete support. I trained in Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Therapy at Swiss Pilates and Yoga in Geneva, in Reflexology at Nuageghana, and in Reiki at Harmoniances, Genolier. To round out this approach, I also studied nutrition at the TCMA in Geneva, convinced that physical wellbeing also comes through balanced and mindful eating.

Today, my mission is to support those seeking to regain overall wellbeing by combining several complementary disciplines. Whether through yoga, reflexology, Reiki or nutrition, I put all my expertise and my attentiveness at my clients' service, to guide them towards a more serene, balanced and harmonious life. My approach is deeply personalised and caring, as each person is unique on their path to fulfilment.
