The program starts with your current diet, your tastes, and your daily life, without imposing any diets or restrictions. The goal is to build sustainable habits over time, rather than imposing difficult-to-follow instructions.

It is aimed at people who want to regain energy, improve their relationship with food, or rebalance their meals. For any specific health concerns, this support is provided in conjunction with your doctor and does not replace their medical care.
