Privacy Policy (Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and GDPR)

Protecting your privacy is a priority for Fréquence Santé. This policy sets out how we handle personal data in accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP), which came into force on 1 September 2023.

In the course of our services (Yoga, Pilates, Reflexology, Reiki, Nutrition), we collect only the information necessary to deliver our services:
 

  • Identity: surname, first name.

  • Contact: email address, telephone number.

  • Sensitive data: information relating to your state of health (history, allergies, therapeutic goals) essential for adapting our complementary medicine sessions safely.

  • Payment: billing information via our third-party providers.
     

3. Purposes of the processing

Your data is processed for the following specific purposes:

  • Scheduling and managing appointments and classes.

  • Personalisation and therapeutic follow-up of treatments.

  • Communication of administrative or promotional information (with your consent).

  • Securing financial transactions on our site.
     

4. Sharing and transfer of data abroad

We never sell your data. It is shared only with our technical providers (hosting, payment tools, statistical analysis tools) for the proper functioning of the site.
International transfers: our site uses technologies that may involve a transfer of data to third countries (in particular the United States, via Google Analytics or the site's host). We ensure that these transfers rest on standard contractual clauses, or that the destination country offers a level of protection deemed adequate by the Swiss Federal Council.

5. Your rights (revFADP)

As a user residing in Switzerland, you have extensive rights over your data:

  • Right of access: obtain free confirmation that data concerning you is being processed.

  • Right to rectification: have any inaccurate information corrected.

  • Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data, except where there is a legal obligation to retain it (e.g. accounting).

  • Right to withdraw: withdraw your consent at any time for processing based on it (e.g. newsletter).

6. Security and retention

We implement technical (SSL encryption) and organisational security measures to protect your data against any unauthorised access.

  • Health data is retained for the entire duration of the therapeutic follow-up, then archived in accordance with the applicable Swiss legal time limits.

  • Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe.
     

7. Cookie management

Our site uses cookies to improve your experience.

  • Technical cookies: essential for operation.

  • Analytics/marketing cookies: disabled by default. They are activated only with your explicit consent, via our cookie management banner.
     

8. Amendment of the policy

Fréquence Santé reserves the right to adjust this policy to reflect legal or technical developments. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
